Stuart I. Teicher, Esq. has been practicing law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania for over 17 years. His practice focuses on attorney ethics matters. Mr. Teicher advises lawyers and law firms on ethics issues and defends attorneys who are facing ethics grievances or other disciplinary matters. Mr. Teicher's practice in this area is restricted to NY & PA because as a member of the New Jersey District VIII Ethics Committee, he is precluded from offering those services in NJ.

Mr. Teicher is also a qualified mediator on the Civil Roster of Mediators and qualified Foreclosure Mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey. He mediates all types of commercial disputes and has significant experience in all areas of business and real estate law including litigation, complex commercial transactions, commercial leasing and financing, land use, redevelopment, financing, property tax appeals, affordable housing, construction law, Smart Growth, and eminent domain.
